We generally begin with a series of confidential interviews to identify key strategic issues. Our process then moves toward a group retreat during which a consensus is reached on broad strategic directions and a unified view of the organization's vision. We then facilitate a number of follow-up meeting designed to lead the organization toward agreement concerning goals, objectives, strategies, action steps and measurable outcomes. At each step of the process we prepare detailed notes and draft documents. We also incorporate group suggestions into revisions.
